1. Our quotes will specifically indicate availability of any service/s at the time of the request only and in no way constitutes a confirmed booking or a liability. On our part as Pajota Safaris Tanzania to deliver such service/s we need a receipt of confirmation, in writing, and receipt of deposit/full payment as case maybe from the agent or client.  

2. Pajota Safaris Tanzania does not undertake to hold any allocations/bookings on behalf of an agent or client without a written confirmation and prepayment of invoices is received.  

3. Confirmations and relevant vouchers will only be issued by Pajota Safaris Tanzania to the service providers on receipt of proof of full prepayment of invoices by our clients/agents.  

4. Pajota Safaris Tanzania accepts no responsibility for non-availability of specified accommodation, transport or any other service quoted for if the service/s are not confirmed in time, in writing and prepaid in full by the agent or client. In such a case, Pajota Safaris Tanzania reserves the right to seek alternative available accommodation of similar category.  

5. All confirmed bookings to agents or clients by Pajota Safaris Tanzania will be subject to the relevant hotels/lodges and other supplier’s cancellation policies as per industry practices and any agent or client that cancels a booking within the specified time frame will be charged in full for such cancellation fees without exception. 

6. All rates are subject to change without notice to our agents/clients. 

7. For all bookings on our safari itineraries/services, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm the same and balance in full at least 30 days before the tour starts. However, if a reservation is made within 30 days to travel date, full payment will be applicable to confirm the booking.  

8. Our rates are inclusive of all government taxes & other statutory deductions where applicable. However, should they increase or decrease, Pajota Safaris Tanzania reserves the right to adjust and reflect the new rates accordingly under advice to our clients.  

9. Pajota Safaris Tanzania endeavours to fully honour pre-agreed itinerary with the agent/client beforehand. However, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary if a situation beyond our control so demands, under advice to our clients. Such cases may be caused by: flight/airline cancellation, political turmoil, industrial/labour problems, bad weather, sickness and so forth.  

10. Check in time at Hotels/Lodges is from 12h00 on the first day, while check out is 10h00 on the last day. Extra charge will be applicable in event of early check in or late checkout.  

11. Day room use can be arranged on request at a cost, subject to check out time of 18h00, after which a full day charge will apply.  

12. Child rate only applies to children aged between 2 and 11 years.  

13. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that travel documents which include Travel and Medical Insurance are in order before travel date. In some instance vaccinations are a requirement. Please seek guidance from your nearest embassy/consulate in case of doubt.

1. Notification of the intended cancellation from client or agent should be received in writing, addressed to Pajota Safaris.

2. Bookings cancelled or reduced/amended in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation fees as outlined below:

4. All amount of money received there of arising from the cancellation will be wired back to the client or agent less the cancellation fees applicable and the bank charges.
